Glass bottle manufacturer: Introduction to the method of boiling and disinfecting glass bottles.
1. Put the glass container into a pot filled with water, heat and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cook for about 10 minutes, while maintaining a low boiling state.
Pay attention to laying a cloth at the bottom of the pot to avoid the risk of the bottle breaking. If the bottle cap is cooked for 10 minutes, it is more prone to rusting, so it should be cooked for 2 minutes.
2. After cooking, place the bottle on a clean cloth to avoid scalding.
Some people may use long chopsticks or specialized tools for holding bottles, but if using a clamp, the angle of the clamp must be vertical. If the clip is horizontal, it is very likely that your hands will be scalded by hot water. If you are not sure, you can try using cold water. When the water flows along the clip towards your hand, it will be scalded.
3. Everyone may want to dry the wet inside of the bottle, so please do not do this because it is difficult to disinfect and bacteria may transfer from the cloth to the bottle. If you are very concerned about the water droplets inside the bottle, you can swing the bottle with the opening facing down, but because the bottle is still very hot, people with thin skin must remember to wear gloves.
4. The spoon can also be placed together in the pot to sterilize, so that sterile spoons can be used to pour ingredients into bottles, completing the disinfection process.
5. If it is a very large bottle, there may not be a large pot to cook, so you can use an oven to sterilize it. The method is to bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes. But the bottle cap cannot be put into the oven, so please use the water boiling method mentioned above.
